I tried to remove WebDiscover after it crept in my system on the back of uTorrent by uninstalling, but it did not remove it. The way I removed this was to run a System Restore (takes about 15 mins) to a time before the program was downloaded, this will wipe any programs installed after that date. Control Panel/System/System Protection then run it from there. Then for good measure 'show hidden folders' and go to C:Program Files and also C:Users%username%AppDataLocal and delete its folder from both locations. Horrible scam program WebDiscover.
